About Myna Enterprises

Built by people who've worked the load-in.

Myna Enterprises started as a small catering supply outfit and grew into a full-service equipment rental operation because our clients kept asking for one more thing — a tent, a generator, a dance floor — and we kept saying yes.

Today we run a standing inventory large enough for citywide galas and flexible enough for a backyard rehearsal dinner, with a crew that shows up early, sets up right, and doesn't leave a scuff behind.

How Rentals Work

From inquiry to pickup.

The same four steps whether you're renting six chairs or a full pavilion.

01 — Request

Tell us the event

Share the date, headcount, and venue. We'll flag anything the space needs that you haven't thought of yet.

02 — Confirm

Lock the manifest

We send an itemized quote. Once approved, your equipment is reserved and held for your date.

03 — Deliver & Set

We install on site

Our crew delivers, assembles, and walks the space with you before your event starts.

04 — Pickup

We handle the teardown

Next-day (or same-night) breakdown and collection — nothing left for your team to manage.

Peak wedding and gala season in and around Mangalore books out 4–6 weeks in advance. For anything over 200 guests or requiring generators and staging, reach out as early as you can — we'll hold stock against your date once your quote is confirmed.
